Down Time is a series of session videos that capture artists in a new light – giving unique, stripped-back performances in handpicked locations around Brighton and beyond.

The Down Time series is directed by George McKenzie, Small Pond’s in-house head of video. In his own words:

“The Down Time series started as an exploration of Brighton, its quirky, interesting spaces and the artists that inhabit them. Naturally, it has come to include international artists and locations outside of Brighton as the series has grown and developed. We see it as an opportunity for the artist to creatively explore one of their songs, playfully augmenting the arrangement and instrumentation to produce an alternate version that is truly unique.”
